I live in Kingsley, Michigan with my husband (Brian) and step son (Landon)!

I am originally from downstate, New Lothrop. I am from a family of 5. I have one brother (Bruce) and one sister (Hannah). Both of my siblings are married and I have 2 amazing nephews and 2 amazing nieces. You will hear many stories about them this year and see many photos along the way!

Educational Bakground!​

I was born and raised in New Lothrop, Michigan. I went to elementary school there as well as graduated from High School from New Lothrop! It was a small Class D school however, was a little bit bigger than Buckley.
​
After graduating I went on to college at Central Michigan University, GO CHIPPEWAS! At Central I persued a degree in elementary education and graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education. I graudated with 2 majors; Child Development, and Intergrated Science. I also graduated with a Minor in Reading.

After graduating I got a Kindergarten teaching job in my home town, New Lothrop, and taught there for 3 years! I learned so much from my previous teachers and co-workers along the way. Then I moved to northern Michingan and now live in Kingsley. I worked for a year at NMCAA Headstart at Crystal Lake Elementary. After working for headstarted I continued to persue a Kindergarten position and recieved one from Buckley Community Schools! This is will be my third year at Buckley Community Schools and I am excited to start another year and be part of a wonderful community.
